To help you commemorate the great achievement of your son or daughter we have a collection of Commencement Gifts -our DVD of the commencement ceremony is a particularly popular item (ships 3-4 weeks after commencement). Class rings are available directly from Balfour, our authorized ring company.

In the past, many parents looking for practical gifts chose to take advantage of ordering software before their student left the world of "deep educational software discounts." You are eligible for academic discounts through the end of May.

Reed Centennial Gifts

The Reed bookstore features a wide variety of gifts to commemorate the centennial milestone. A favorite is the Oregon Experience documentary "REED" which chronicles 100 years of the college's history, philosophy, and culture. This one-hour DVD which was produced by Oregon Public Broadcasting, can be purchased from the bookstore, along with other Reed centennial memorabilia including unique clothing and gift items, the Goines poster and two Reed centennial books.

Do you have someone you care about at Reed College? Are you looking for a way to let your Reedie know you're thinking of him or her? Our CareBoxes may be just what you want. They are designed with the Reedie in mind, and students love receiving them. Whether there is a birthday to celebrate, a thesis milestone reached, or just a note to say "Take a break, we're thinking of you", our care packages are a unique way to send a message from home. The boxes are attractively packaged and available for pickup during bookstore hours. We will notify your special person with an email and a note in the Reed mailbox. Please use the Special Instructions field on the first check-out page to let us know of cake flavors, birthday/delivery dates, text for a note to be included or any other item you want to bring to our attention.
