How to Order

Our website provides a convenient, simple way to order books, Reed apparel, and souvenir items online. To order, browse the catalog sections accessible through the site header for items that may be of interest to you. Once you have chosen the items you're looking for, simply go to your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner and click "Checkout" to complete your purchase.

One common point of confusion in the ordering process is the difference between Student Charge accounts and Web accounts. The former allows you to charge items to the bookstore account both for in-store purchases and web purchases and you will be billed at the end of each month. The latter is necessary for our e-commerce provider to process your web transactions regardless of your payment method. No information is shared between the two types of accounts, so you must set up a Web account to place an order even if you already have a Student Charge account.

If a requested item is out of stock, we'll notify you immediately. 

For your peace of mind, we now offer secure online ordering through our encrypted order forms. Simply note the item, color, size, price, number of the item(s) you're interested in, then go to our secure order form. Fill in the blanks on the order form, click "send", and that's it.
